A strong 84% CSAT score (Customer Satisfaction Score) and a 4.33/5 average rating show that customers are highly interested in freshly made sandwiches, salads, wraps, and hot meals prepared in‑house. The most‑requested items include fresh sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, salads, wraps, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, and protein boxes.


  • Speed matters. With a 3.85/5 importance rating, quick service is a key expectation—especially for morning and lunchtime visitors.
  • 🥗 Health‑minded options matter too. 63% of respondents value healthier choices like low‑calorie, plant‑based, or gluten‑free items.
  • 🛒 Late‑night access is in demand. Among those who answered, over 70% believe a late‑night convenience option is needed near Walnut Street, with many preferring hours extending to 12am or later.
  • 🧺 Basic groceries are a welcome addition. When asked about late‑night grocery pickups, respondents highlighted essentials like bread, eggs, milk, cheese, pasta, fresh vegetables, deli meats, and ready‑made soups.

  • The top atmosphere preference is cozy and relaxed, followed by modern, bright, and calm settings.

Shoppers want a mix of local products (74%), small‑business items (72%), and familiar national brands. Snacks, drinks, baked goods, and healthy snacks top the list of convenience purchases.

  • 67% would enjoy single‑serve beer or wine in a lounge‑style space.

  • 74% want the cafe to participate in the Lawrenceburg DORA program.
